We spotted the food truck on our way from leaving SEMA to the monorail and decided to take a detour and grab a bite to eat before we left. I have always been a fan of the their menu with the longinisa banh mi being my default and favorite whenever we visit. Each occasion has been a 4* event up until this last experience. I have frequented the food truck on several occasions at various events like the Las Vegas foodie fest, food truck gatherings (namely at Lees liquor events), UNLV and lastly SEMA. UNBELIEVABLE! I don’t recommend anyone to eat here unless your willing to get drugs in your system or some type of health issue due to the lack of leadership and dignity. His words to me were «sorry for your experience but I’m doing a major line of Coke right now and your gonna have to shove all that up your a**» hung up on me. I called directly and spoke to a man named Oliver which is the owner. I asked to speak to the owner and the young man stated the owner comes and goes. I ended up asking for a refund and when I did the young man rolled his eyes. I took 2 bites and could not stand it anymore. The so called «grilled onions» were very slimy and seem like they just sat in a pan for hours. Seems like these people do not know how to clean the bottles or something. The bbq sauce tasted fine until I realized a chunk of crusted up bbq sauce was my next bite. I ordered a smokey Robinson and that sausage was undercooked. I was upset that the owner or coworkers did nothing of this. Unprofessional service, especially when the young man was constantly speaking of snorting pills instead of meth. The only fresh item on this truck would be the damn ice.
